1. Introduction
These terms set out the basis on which Anchora ("we", "us", "our") provides services and makes this website available to you. By using our website or engaging our services, you are agreeing to these terms.
Anchora is a documentation and information support service based at 88 Robinson Road, Hat Yai, Songkhla 90110, Thailand. We operate under Thai law and direct all enquiries to [email protected].
If anything in these terms is unclear, please get in touch before engaging our services. We are always glad to explain.
2. Use of This Website
This website is provided for general information purposes. You may browse and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms.
We take care to keep information current and accurate, but we cannot warrant that every detail is complete or up to date at all times. Where official figures or rules are referenced, we encourage you to verify them with the relevant authority.
You agree not to use this website in any way that disrupts its operation, attempts to access it by means other than those we provide, or is contrary to Thai law.
3. Nature of Our Services
Anchora provides organisational and informational support. Our services help people gather, label, and understand retirement-related paperwork in a calm and structured way.
We do not provide financial planning, investment recommendations, personal advice on pension decisions, legal guidance, or anything that requires a regulated professional licence. Nothing we say, write, or present should be taken as advice of that nature.
Where a matter falls outside our scope, we will tell you plainly and point you toward the appropriate official body or professional.
4. Fees, Payment, and Cancellations
Service fees are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Payment terms will be included in that confirmation. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled visit or session carry no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial fee at our discretion, and we will always explain the position clearly before any amount is raised.
We reserve the right to postpone a session if we are unable to proceed for reasons beyond our control, in which case no charge will apply and we will arrange a new time at your convenience.
5. Limitation of Liability
We carry out our work with care and good faith. However, because our services are informational and organisational in nature, we cannot accept responsibility for decisions you make about retirement matters, or for the outcome of dealings with pension bodies, government departments, or financial institutions.
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you for any matter arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraudulent conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
The content on this website — including text, layout, printed materials, glossaries, and organisational templates we produce — belongs to Anchora or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Printed materials we provide as part of a service are for your personal use and reference only. They remain the intellectual property of Anchora.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any questions of interpretation or validity shall be considered under Thai law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Resolving Concerns
If you have a concern about our services or these terms, we would always prefer to hear from you directly first. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will respond within five working days.
If a matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the courts of Songkhla Province, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms. For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify clients directly.
