Each service begins with a conversation, not a form. We want to understand what documents you have, what concerns you have about them, and what outcome would feel most useful to you. From there, we work through the material at a pace that makes sense.
All three services produce printed materials — either an organiser, a set of session notes with a glossary, or a complete briefing document. You leave with something tangible every time. And if a question arises that goes beyond our scope, we will say so plainly and point you toward the right official source.

Every service includes at least one printed item. The format varies by service — organiser, notes, glossary, or briefing sheet — but something is always included.
